Job Duties:
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Establish and execute a project communication plan. Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Develop implementation plans that include analysis such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards by driving the Technical Center of Excellence initiative that provide guidelines on coding standards, naming conventions, development practices in ABAP Development for S/4 HANA and ensure that deliverables are in compliant with the standards set forth. Involve in all aspects of software development, create, and maintain the most reliable, secure, performant and high throughput API services for integrations with SAP S/4 HANA. Explore, evaluate, design, build, test, and roll out SAP Business technology Platform services from SAP. Review Technical Specification documents (TSD), build high quality code, perform code reviews, work with functional resource to ensure TSD’s address business requirements. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects, confer with project personnel to direct or coordinate activities, identify and resolve problems. Drive Development Governance for SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori Ui5 applications, perform risk assessments and impact analysis to develop response strategies., socialize the upcoming changes, transport management with Engineering Teams. Be the champion of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. Review and provide feedback/inputs on vendors or consultants to meet project needs. Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials. Participate in the selection of project personnel. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Spearhead the effort required to implement technical adjustments (SPDD/SPAU) during S/4 HANA Upgrade annually and involved in retrofitting and testing changes during the same. Contribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, balancing time, resource, and quality constraints to achieve business and strategic goals and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in an IT/software-related occupation.

Special Requirements:
Position requires at least five (5) years of experience in each of the following skills:

1. Utilize knowledge of SAP develop the customized solutions for SAP Supply Chain Management.
2. Utilize knowledge of SAP Script and Smart forms to develop the print-based labels for Warehouse Management.
3. Utilize knowledge of SAP BDC and LSMW to transfer the legacy system data to SAP.
4. Utilize knowledge of SAP Intermediate Docs (IDocs) to transfer Material, Customer and Vendor master information to the third party business applications.
5. Utilize knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language to develop custom Z-programs in S4 HANA platform.
6. Utilize knowledge of coding standards and best practices in SAP ABAP Programming to define the expectations for all SAP Developers to be compliant with engineering center of excellence.
7. Utilize the knowledge of API Development to build the integrations for SAP S4 HANA that enable Non-SAP Applications to interact with SAP.
8. Utilize knowledge of SAP ABAP to develop the programs that compare the code in different servers.
9. Utilize knowledge of SAP “Group Reporting module” to implement the financial reports – income statements, Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
10. Utilize the knowledge of REST API principles to develop the SAP ODATA services.
