Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the machinery manufacturing industry in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team!  The AR Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Senior AR Specialist. We are looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team!

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Compensation: $22-$24/hr

Responsibilities

• Processing various forms of payment and recording entries on customer accounts.
• Monitoring customer accounts and debriefing the Assistant Controller on aging reports.
• Creating customer accounts in their business system.
• Interfacing with customers directly on payment discrepancies and assisting with solutions.
• Assist the Receptionist with directing incoming calls on the main company phone line.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field OR 3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable position.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn additional proprietary software programs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
