Warehouse Supervisor needs 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
Warehouse Supervisor requires:
• Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing software
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Math
• Minimum of 2 years of college, bachelor's degree preferred
Warehouse Supervisor duties:
• Required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relations policies.
• Submit requisitions for operating personnel to meet established goals.
• Facilitate employee team operations.
• Review and coach employees in accordance with the plant goals.
• Arranges for proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
