Ironclad, Inc. seeks Staff Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions and conduct performance engineering analysis. Collaborate cross functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems and performance engineering analysis. Partner with quality engineers to define, build and maintain testing strategy. Lead, mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to others on the team, with an optional fast. track path to people management. Grow teams by interviewing and recruiting talented engineers. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Cloud computing; (2) APM tools like DataDog and New Relic; (3) JVM Performance Tuning; (4) Java; (5) Shell Scripting; (6) REST and SOAP; (7) Jmeter; (8) End to End Performance; (9) Capacity planning; and (10) DB Monitoring and analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $225,500.00 - $252,000.00 per annum.
