Principal/Senior Product Consultant (6Sense Insights, Inc.; San Francisco, CA): Understand clients’ business requirements and help clients achieve success in adopting the 6Sense platform. Actively seek opportunities to increase company clients’ return on investment (ROI). Understand and implement clients’ overall requirements (timeline, dependencies, and budgets) and project vision. Provide product and business-to-business (B2B) domain expertise to assist in onboarding clients into the company’s platform. Enable integration between clients’ customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms with 6Sense. Partner with the Customer Success Manager in maintaining high satisfaction with customers through proactive communication and ownership of issues. Contribute to continual improvement of methodologies, best practices, and solution knowledge repository. Maintain understanding of data design and architecture, and implement integration strategies with the clients. Analyze and validate data using reporting in the platform and SQL queries as required. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as a Senior Product Consultant, Technical Success Manager, Analyst, or related occupation.

Must have experience with the following: structured and unstructured databases: SQL, MySQL, and Hive; Analytics Tool: Tableau; Programming Language: Python; Operating System: Unix; Project Management: Agile development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Incident Management, and JIRA; customer-facing consulting experience for enterprise data and reports; B2B related applications: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics; and project management: delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary: $124,100 – $186,300 per year
