Field Technician needed for Agri US Inc. in Carlisle, AR: Performs service work on equipment; Communicates with GTS on parts or equipment for repair and warranty. Communicates with farmers to accomplish technical requirements for our machines or that need to be replaced under warranty; Receives stocking parts order for Agri and puts away in warehouse; Works with GTS employees who come to Agri to make equipment upgrades; Communicates with dealers regarding parts; takes orders; pulls orders; prepares purchase orders and receives parts; Maintains inventory in warehouse; Works with Director of Parts and Service to resolve dealers service issues; Requires two years’ experience as agricultural machinery technician.
