Lose Design seeks a Landscape Architect (Entry Level) in Nashville, TN. Job Duties: Develop and present design concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders. Conduct site analysis and evaluate
environmental, legal, and regulatory issues. Prepare construction documents and specifications. Manage project
budgets and schedules. Coordinate with other professionals, such as civil engineers, architects, and contractors.
Oversee construction and ensure compliance with design specifications. Maintain project records and files.
Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in the field. Assist with business
development activities, such as preparing proposals and participating in presentations. Work towards obtaining
licensure in the field of Landscape Architecture. Must work towards obtaining licensure in the field of Landscape
Architecture.

Must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related field. Must have knowledge of Design, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Adobe Creative Suite, environmental and regulatory requirements, and sustainable design practices, which can be gained via coursework or work experience (any amount).
