CORPORATE SALES DIRECTOR

Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Wheelabrator is a leader in the safe and environmentally sustainable conversion of municipal solid waste and other renewable waste fuels into clean energy. The company integrated with ten waste industry businesses into a single company operating under the WIN Waste Innovations brand name. By bringing together these 10 industry leading companies under a single brand, WIN Waste Innovations has positioned itself to deliver essential services to our customers and communities while performing for the planet.

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Director at our Portsmouth, NH location. Duties include the following:

-Focus on the quality, as well as the quantity, of sales results.
-Drive new business improvements as well as retention and growth of existing customer base.
-Focus is on maximizing. profitable revenue growth across the Area.
-Drive the area sales strategy, in alignment with the Corporate Sales function, working closely with Market Sales Managers, Operations, Area Pricing team, and other Corporate and Area resources as applicable.
-Meet or exceed sales, price and cost management related targets as determined by the company and the area.
-Commit to and follow processes relative to coaching and developing talent, managing activity, and continuous improvement.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
-Lead, train, monitor and motivate the sales team.
-Draw insight and action from sales and revenue reporting.
-Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams.
-Maintain awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
-Work with other districts, areas, and corporate management to maximize the value of collaboration.
-Continually develop talent through hands-on recruiting, hiring, training and coaching.
-Supervise 20 employees comprised of Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Major Account Executives and Major Account Managers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree Business Administration or related field (will accept edu./exp. and/or foreign equivalent as determined by a professional evaluation service).
5 years of experience in sales leadership in a service or operationally focused industry.
