Director of Nursing (DON)
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) with previous leadership experience, preferably at a skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a growing facility and company. The Director of Nursing (DON) develops and maintains nursing service goals, objectives, and standards of nursing practice; adheres to staffing plans; and develops Nursing Department policies and procedures. The DON is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing nursing services and ensuring the deliverance of quality nursing care.

Requirements:

• AL Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Previous experience at a skilled nursing facility (SNF)


• Current BLS certification is required and ACLS certification can be a condition of employment
