Required Skills and Experience: Project Participation: Experience in planning, organizing, and managing multi-faceted data management projects. Data Management: Skilled in collecting, cataloging, and leveraging large datasets with tools like data lakes, warehouses, and catalogs. Communication: Strong ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders to advance data modernization goals. Data Security: Familiarity with national data and IT security standards, especially for protected health information (PHI Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data management, visualization, and analysis tools. Vendor Management: Experience working with various data management and analysis software vendors. Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Public Health, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data management and project management. Proficiency with data lakes, data warehouses, data catalogs, and data visualization tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of data security standards and compliance for PHI. Experience interacting with and managing multiple data management vendors.
