Position: Ivanti Senior Developer Location Remote Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Support Ivanti suite with upgrades, troubleshooting, and workflow creation. Maintain and improve the self-service portal. Perform routine patching and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve errors. Assist in migrating the Ivanti system to the cloud. Update self-service portal. Develop dashboards. Analyze and update ticketing system. Provide training and documentation. Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams. Qualification/Experience:3+ years with IT Service Management (ITSM).2+ years with Ivanti suite of products.2+ years with Ivanti workflows.5+ years in application development and software design.5+ years in automating workflows and IT tasks.5+ years with Ivanti or similar ticketing systems.Experience in customizing IT workflows and ISM modules. Skills:Strong understanding of ITSM processes.Proficiency in Ivanti systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Knowledge of workflow automation and customization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication for training purposes. Education:Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred).Certifications: Relevant certifications in Ivanti or ITSM (e.g., ITIL) are advantageous
