Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience as an Architect
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Develop and present architectural designs, proposals, and solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural designs with other project disciplines
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture
• Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation
