MOH Fastway Services Inc. located at Enterprise Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 1C4 is Hiring an Office Manager Permanent Full-Time Position $28.50/Hr. at 30 -40 hours per week.

Duties Include:
•Delegate work to office support staff
•Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
•Carry out administrative activities of establishment
•Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
•Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
•Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
•Train staff
•Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
•Plan and control budget and expenditures
•Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
•Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
•Deliver sales presentations
•Manage day-to-day business operations
•Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage

Requirements:
Must have a minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Must have a minimum of 3 year to less than 5 years’ experience working in Car Dealership Office Management, Vehicle Shipping and Imports or similar fields.

Must Speak, Read and Write Fluent English
