Global Choice Immigration assists clients with different visa applications and provides immigration services.
Location: #255-13711 72 Avenue, Surrey BC V3W 2P2
Salary: 29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Tasks:
1.Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
2.Delegate work to office support staff
3.Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
4.Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
5.Train staff
6.Resolve conflict situations
7.Monitor and evaluate
8.Plan and control budget and expenditures
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Worksite environment: Office
Personal suitability: Organized, Work under pressure.
