Location: 306,316-Windermere Road NW Edmonton, AB T6W 2Z8
Salary: $30.00 Per hour for 40 hours per week.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Tasks:
• Evaluate, review, and implement new procedures.
• Establish work priorities, delegate duties to administrative assistants, and ensure that deadlines are met, and procedures are followed.
• Arrange for and manage office services such as space, relocating, equipment, supplies, paperwork, asset disposal, parking, upkeep, and security.
• Enforce policies and practices for the disclosure of records when handling requests made in accordance with laws governing government access to information and privacy.
• Perform analyses and keep tabs on the clerical duties related to contracting, budgeting, and project planning and management procedures.

Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary school is required.
Experience: A year’s experience is required in a senior clerical position related to office administration.
