Senior Consultant Project Manager @ proALPHA Software Corporation (Nashua, NH)

In accordance with proALPHA requirements, lead and perform the software implementation analysis and build the prototype environment for complex business processes and structural topics. Prepare and execute the presentation of the prototype. Guide consultants in implementation analyses and setting up prototype environments. Detail the overall solution (rough concept, detailed concepts, and specifications) in proALPHA for complex business processes and structural topics and document the results in the designated form. Ensure end to end process consistency in the BIC Cloud and structure topics in the structure documents. Derive the required tasks and steps from predefined company goals and create a structured schedule for timely processing. Identify change requests and create decision templates. Develop and document best practice solutions. Create specifications for complex customizations. Develop integration test scenarios for interfaces and modifications and perform tests. Create a data migration concept for the entire company and control the data migration. Communicate potential opportunities for additional delivery services to project leadership and/or practice management. Ensure customer satisfaction. Assume project budget responsibility for efforts up to 100-250 days. Manage up to 5 consultants. Domestic and international travel required. Destination and frequency impossible to predict. Telecommuting permitted, based on the company’s home office regulations.

Requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Requires two (2) years of project management experience as a consultant with an international software company. Experience must include: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Electronic Data Interchange (EDI); project management of software implementation.
