SekCheck Fingerprinting is a nationally recognized RCMP accredited fingerprinting company serving both companies and individuals in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. We currently have one position available.
Tasks:
The employee will be responsible for the following duties:
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
Delegate work to office support staff.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Train staff.
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College Diploma or Degree in any Business Program, preferably masters in business studies but not necessarily.
Experience: 1-2 years
Worksite environment: Office
Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Organized, and Efficient interpersonal skill
