Job Duties: -Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions to meet business requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and assisting in solving complex technical problems and making architectural decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Create project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project completion. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle. Proactively address potential issues to ensure efficient project execution. Work closely with product managers, designers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across different teams. Add value by leveraging latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering. Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field

Salary: $239,200.00 - $275,080.00 per annum.
