Store Manager

Door to Door Tires Ltd. provides in-store and mobile tire repair and replacement services. We are located in Richmond BC and service Richmond and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at the store located at 100-2851 Simpson Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 2R2.

The Store Manager
• Manage inventory and pricing; and ensure that the overall operations are running smoothly
• Manage the store’s budget and work with the owner to improve the store’s efficiency and meet monthly sales target
• Ensure that sales goals are met along with other important aspects of the business
• Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising
• Deal with suppliers and negotiate prices and promotions
• Prepare reports that reflect the store’s productivity: sales, inventory, etc.
• Hire and oversee the training of staff.
• Monitor the performance of staff
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Develop a store culture of positivity and inclusion
• Approve the staff work schedule and overtime hours.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Skills Requirement and Experience:
• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• A university degree or diploma in business administration or other related field is an asset
• A minimum of 2 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays.

We are offering $35.00/hr. based on 40 hrs./wk.
