• Conduct management studies and evaluations of daily HVAC Heating & Cooling operations.
• Conduct on-site observation and analysis of daily HVAC Heating & Cooling work procedures to determine administrative and procedural problems that reduce efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
• Collect and categorize data on problematic issues negatively affecting HVAC Heating & Cooling operations performance.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities for work simplification and develop revised daily operational procedures for HVAC Heating & Cooling operations accordingly.
• Provide management with detailed reports of observations and recommendations in respect of HVAC Heating & Cooling operational activities and procedures.
• Design systems and procedures to optimize daily HVAC Heating & Cooling operations.
• Draft and implement policy and procedure manuals for daily HVAC Heating & Cooling operations.
• Plan study of HVAC Heating & Cooling operations work problems and procedures, including organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control and cost analysis.
• Design and implement HVAC Heating & Cooling operations internal communication and information flow procedures.
• Design and implement HVAC Heating & Cooling operations internal inventory control and cost analysis procedures.
• Confer with personnel to ensure successful implementation of new systems and procedures.
• Administer the creation, reproduction, security, maintenance, and use of all business records.
• Establish policies and procedures for document development, retention, and disposition.
• Determine records identification system for information management, storage and retrieval.
• Oversee transition of company records to electronic data, removing the need for paper files.
• Analyze current documents, forms and reports used in daily HVAC Heating & Cooling operations and make amendments and improvements to remove issues and problems.
• Conduct ongoing studies of HVAC Heating & Cooling operational procedures and make recommendations for changes in administrative procedures, organizational methods, communications and information flow as appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in job offered or related field.
