Domestic - Non-IT Recruiter Job Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a recruiter
• Responsible for end-to-end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow-through until the candidate join.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidates viability for a position
• Proficiency in handling recruitment databases
• Good leadership and decision-making skills
• Handling existing clients, finding new clients, and finding candidates for current job openings
• Keeping aware of the existing job openings in different organizations
• Making job descriptions as per the clients requirements and posting them on relevant platforms
• Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients
• Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions
• Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions
• Promoting the company as the best workplace to attract more candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 10,000.00 - Rs 12,000
