UCI's Direct client is looking for Peoplesoft System Analyst with following qualification experience and long-term project inManhattan West, New York. Required Skills: Extensive PeopleSoft 9.x (v. 9.2 is plus) techno-functional experience with HR and Benefits Administration. Experience in documenting processes for HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits, should also have five (5) full-lifecycle PeopleSoft HR and/or Payroll and/or Ben Admin implementation experience. Working knowledge of app messaging (integration broker) is a must. Extensive experience with People Code, SQR, SQL, App designer, Toad. Extensive experience working on PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems. Excellent knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Database model. Preferred Skills: Previous experience working with an enterprise wide, large scale environment. Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment. Excellent understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies. Experience working within a matrix environment. Experience working with an enterprise wide, large-scale implementation. Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required.
