Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Insurance Telecaller Team Lead to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Health Insurance Telecallers and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in health insurance sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of motivating and guiding team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Health Insurance Telecallers to achieve sales targets
• Train and provide guidance to team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends and competition to provide market insights and suggest improvements
