Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Sr. Executive to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As an HR Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing strategic support to the HR department. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR role
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding activities for new hires
• Manage employee benefits and compensation administration
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
