Duties: Manage and direct the activities of subordinates in production of automobile parts. Plan and execute daily and annual production plan. Make corrections and adjustments to resolve any production line issues that may arise. Review and approve strategy and performance reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production. Responsible for overseeing hiring, training, and discipline to subordinates as necessary. Additional job duties as necessary.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field). Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Any occupation where twenty-four (24) months of managerial experience in the automobile manufacturing industry is gained.
