Our company Exclusive Technologies Enterprises Ltd. is based in Surrey, BC and is currently hiring 1 Office Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Manage the mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Greet visitors, and direct visitors to appropriate person
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
• Prepare and edit invoices and correspondences

Job Requirements:

• Completion of high school
• Completion of 1-2 years of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries or some previous clerical experience

Wage Rate: $29.00
Overtime wage will be given after 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
