Sage & Silk Dιcor Inc. located at Unit 205 12844 Anvil Way Surrey, BC V3W 8E9 is currently looking for 1 full time Office Coordinator to join our team asap and able to meet the following requirements.
Job Duties:
• Oversee and Coordinate the administrative procedure.
• Review, evaluate and implement new office procedures.
• Assist in preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic tables and daily reports.
• Answer the phone calls and relay the information to the management.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience is required.
Terms of Employment:
Full time, Permanent
Wage: $30.00 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week,
