Qualifications and Skills


  • - High school diploma or equivalent
  • - Excellent communication skills
  • - Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

  • - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • - Perform back office tasks, such as data entry, document management, and record keeping
  • - Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
  • - Explain the recruitment process and answer any questions from candidates
  • - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • - Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and source potential candidates
  • - Maintain a database of candidate information and update it regularly
  • - Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
  • - Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
