We are one of Indias largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear. Although we are primarily an online brand, weve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 16 offline stores with plans for expansion pan India. Team & Position Summary As an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing at The Souled Store, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing strategies and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets. This role requires a passionate marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset and understanding of scaling and optimizing performance marketing initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across biddable media platforms, with a primary focus on Meta. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant demographics and interests effectively. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualification & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on biddable media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager. Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
