Position: License Insurance Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed insurance agent to join our team. As a License Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to clients, including but not limited to property, casualty, and life insurance. You will need to assess the needs of each client and recommend suitable insurance products to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop leads and build a client base through networking and referrals
- Assess clients' insurance needs and goals
- Explain insurance policies and recommend the most suitable options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Keep abreast of changes in the insurance industry and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

- Valid insurance agent license
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using insurance CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
