Salary: 29.50 hourly 35 hours per Week

Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Duties:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Prepare sales reports and correspondence
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Provide clients with information
• Provide assistance to the management.
• Follow up and schedule delivery of material and equipment.
• Prepare invoices and accept payments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
• Completion of High School is required.
• 1-year administrator experience is required.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities with ease.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
