Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively handle the processes of auditing, collections, and expenses for the company.
- Lead a team of financial executives toward achievement of preset goals.
- Monitor and manage payment and collection systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial
operations.
- Participate in recruitment activities as well as initiate performance development training
programs.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Supervise the daily operational tasks of the accounts team.
Travelling : Pan-India travel ( depends on requirements ).
- Develop financial goals and objectives for the team.


- Conduct finance audits periodically and recommend improvements.
- Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
- Assist managers in financial management and reporting activities.
- Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set
by the company.
- Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
Skills Set & Requirements
Candidate education should be CA,CA-Inter , or MBA(from a Tier 2 college ). Must.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience and expertise are looking at on our above-mentioned
responsibilities.
- Should have excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Impeccable research, quantitative, and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
