SALARY: $100-125K + OTE (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of five years of work-related sills, knowledge, or experience is required
- Experience leading and developing sellers is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor Degree is preferred, but not require
- Travel: 2-3 weeks per month
- CRM experience required, Salesforce experience
- Oversee and lead the sales activities for the West Region
- Manage, Coach and Develop any new truck specialists in the West Region
- Identify, plan, and outline sales personnel needs aligned with growth of the segment to include adding role descriptions, goals, and incentive planning
- Accurately budget and forecast growth strategy that aligns with company objectives
- On a weekly basis, secure virtual and in-person meetings with top prospective accounts to convert new business opportunities
- Work closely with the entire sales team to exchange best practices and to deliver a consistent value proposition to our customers.
- Assist in development and execution of operational, tactical and strategic plans.
