Responsibilities
- Daily, monthly, and year-end reconciliation of bank statements.
- Prepare all documents for financial audits Responsible for month-end and year-end closures.
- Posting transactions to the general ledger on a daily basis.
- Create and manage all expense reports Perform budget analysis.
- Advise clients and customers regarding financial questions.
- Update and maintain all records and files.
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Other duties as assigned
- Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
- GAAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
- QuickBooks (3 years of experience is required)
- Financial Reporting (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Experience level: Experienced
