Ledgent Technology is seeking a dedicated ERP Functional Analyst on behalf of a confidential client. This full-time position is based in Fort Lauderdale and requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement allowing up to two days of remote work per week for the right candidate. This role also involves mandatory national and international travel, up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing deep functional and technical expertise in SAP, especially in Production Planning, and knowledge of integration points in the SAP S/4 PPDS module.


• Documenting fit/gap analysis and design decisions, justifying deviations from standard functionality.


• Providing input on architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring solutions adhere to these.


• Sharing knowledge about technology risks and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in respective process areas.


• Offering end-user support, including issue tracking and resolution.


• Documenting new procedures, updating existing documentation, and training personnel.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Epicor and SAP ERP, covering areas like Accounting & Distribution


• Innovative thinking skills for developing solutions to complex problems.


• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Minimum 3 years' experience in product management OR SDLC
