Ledgent Technology is seeking a dedicated ERP Functional Analyst on behalf of a confidential client. This full-time position is based in Fort Lauderdale and requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement allowing up to two days of remote work per week for the right candidate. This role also involves mandatory national and international travel, up to 25%.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing deep functional and technical expertise in SAP, especially in Production Planning, and knowledge of integration points in the SAP S/4 PPDS module.
Documenting fit/gap analysis and design decisions, justifying deviations from standard functionality.
Providing input on architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring solutions adhere to these.
Sharing knowledge about technology risks and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in respective process areas.
Offering end-user support, including issue tracking and resolution.
Documenting new procedures, updating existing documentation, and training personnel.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Epicor and SAP ERP, covering areas like Accounting & Distribution
Innovative thinking skills for developing solutions to complex problems.
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 years' experience in product management OR SDLC
