Riverside Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. With seven dealerships across three communities in northern Michigan and one in Wisconsin, Riverside Auto Group has established a strong presence in the automotive industry. As an Automotive Technician at Riverside Auto Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues. From routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. With access to the latest diagnostic tools and ongoing training, you will have the support necessary to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly

Requirements

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
