As a Bookkeeper Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements and contribute to our clients' success by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Provide support during month-end and year-end close processes
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
