TuffWrap Installations is seeking a multi state Construction Project Manager / Estimator living in the Richmond, VA area. The selected individual will need to have a basic construction understanding and will be trained on our process and estimating protocol. The job requires frequent travel, 3-5 overnight stays a week to visit our customers and ongoing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Customer skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Must be able to clearly & consistently communicate with Project Management/ Operations & Installation Teams
• Ability to understand basic blueprints and specs.
• Have strong math skills and analytical mindset and thought process
• Quality written and oral communication skills (Phone / Email / Text) along with professional presentation skills
• Must be team orientated.
• Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient Computer Skills ('Basic' Microsoft Office / Various Apps)
• Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check
• Ability to Learn, Understand & Obtain OSHA 30

DUTIES: (including but not limited to)

• Estimate and generate proposals in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Price individual projects so the company can achieve its sales goals.
• Attend Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Meetings as needed.
• Interact and communicate with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors, Regional Sales Manager and Operations Department.
• Handoff projects to the installation crew.
• Maintain communication by phone and in person with project contacts during install and removal.
• Running interference and problem solving during installation as needed.
