We are seeking a Mid-Level Cable Industry Engineering and Technical Recruiter with proven success and history of recruiting for the Cable Industry in Denver. The recruiter must have a demonstrable track record specifically in this industry. They will collaborate with our senior account leadership team in Denver. The position requires primary residence in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Lead successful cable industry candidate sourcing initiatives for assigned cable industry positions. Heavily focused on cable engineering recruitment and technical positions
• Must have a significant base of LinkedIn cable industry connections (e.g., 500+) local to Denver or Philadelphia cable engineering professions
• Source, identify, screen/interview engineers in cable industry core areas including DAA, Flexible MAC Architecture, DOCSIS, RPHY, MACPHY, Wireless 6e/7, network engineering, 5G mobile engineering, OSS/BSS, and Wireline/Wireless Convergence
• Capable of screening technical engineering cable industry specific roles
• Continuously develop creative and effective recruiting plans, create as well as attend relevant cable industry events in which you can prospect effectively
• Draft and post relevant technical engineering job descriptions to effectively capture opportunities relevant to the emerging areas specific to the Cable Industry

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Cable Industry focused recruiting most preferably within large staff augmentation recruiting companies
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), demonstrating a knowledge and ability to speak current cable industry specific topics with candidates, trade show members, leadership, and employees
• Extremely organized and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively accept changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to demonstrate or show completed certifications in technical recruiting like CIR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC
• Knowledge of relevant Cable engineer certifications including CCNA,CCIE, and others

$70,000 - $150,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
