Job Description
Role: Business Analyst
Experience 9-10 Years
Functional Skills: (Primary)
Highly analytical, self-starter with strong communication skills to work in US hours.
Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.
Develop data mapping documents that outline the flow of data between various systems and applications (link removed)>
Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data mapping, integration processes, and system configurations.
Keep documentation up to date as changes occur.
US Insurance domain experience
Good Experience with financial systems
Technical Skills
Database Technologies : Snowflake SQL (primarily writing select statements with aggregations to profile data) (link removed)>
Excel
Visio
Applied EPIC integration or other agency management integration system experience.
US Insurance domain experience
Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have)
Workday integration or other financial/HR system experience plus
Microsoft Technologies: Power BI knowledge
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
Soft Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Insurance Domain Knowledge and US Insurance Broker project experience
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
