Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from the initial planning phase to the final delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Review and approve construction plans and designs.
• Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines, budgets, and other project metrics are met.
• Ensure all construction work is executed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
• Expert knowledge of the construction process and techniques.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
