Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience and a strong background in .Net development, with proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, and related technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using ASP.Net 3.5/4.0/4.5, ASP.Net MVC, C#, ADO .Net, XML, Web Services, LINQ, and WCF.
- Follow best practices for software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software defects and issues.
- Develop and maintain good working knowledge of MS SQL Server for database operations.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Optional: Knowledge of Reporting, HTML5, and Design Patterns is a plus.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in .Net development.
- Proficiency in ASP.Net 3.5/4.0/4.5, ASP.Net MVC, C#, ADO .Net, XML, Web Services, LINQ, and WCF.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and object-oriented programming.
- Good working knowledge of MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optional: Knowledge of Reporting, HTML5, and Design Patterns is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
