Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (Temporary)

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Responsible for Global Franchises commercial expense management, working under the supervision of the Executive Director, Franchise Finance.
• Partner with commercial franchise leads and their teams to ensure compliance with expense policies and drive financial performance.
• Perform monthly closing activities, analyze actual results, and provide insights on key performance drivers.
• Coordinate and communicate expense-related guidance and announcements.
• Maintain integrity of financial reporting by managing planning/reporting models and SAP master data.
• Assist in the development of accurate expense forecasts and prepare presentations for management review.
• Provide guidance on investment choices and allocation of expense targets.
• Support commercial franchise leads with reporting and analytical needs.
• Track brand promotional spend using SAP Project Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Relevant financial planning business experience supporting internal business customers.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP, familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong self-learning ability and passion for process optimization.
• Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and client needs.
• Demonstrated experience in management presentation preparation.
• Experience with data analytics and process optimization/automation is preferred.

Must Have:

• Extensive Excel and SAP knowledge (intermediate+ level).
• Accounting and budgeting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite per week.
