The Information & Technology Services Department is looking for an individual with demonstrated software and enterprise business solutions skills in an Application Development Analyst role. Enjoy a flexible telecommuting schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) to support the management and administration of service agreements and contracts and: - Participates in the design, development, installation and maintenance of enterprise business systems consistently with organizational objectives; develops requirements, designs specifications for new and existing enterprise business systems; evaluates, maintains and defines systems integration and solutions for JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1), Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), Opentext ECMS, WordPress and DNN content management system (CMS) platforms and/or PMWeb Construction Program Management software.
- Provides day-to-day functional domain support of business applications in assigned area of responsibilities; develops, tests and implements business applications; manages security and ensures system functionality, stability, updates, backups and change management processes; provides technical aptitude and escalates issues as appropriate.
- Develops enhancements and performs maintenance on existing applications; writes and tests program code to extend system functionality; in consultation with supervisor or database administrator, designs and develops applications databases.
- Interviews customers and analyzes business rules and process requirements; consults with customers on systems and technology alternatives capable of addressing and resolving their business needs; assists customers in making desired changes to work processes to complement system functionalities.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams within IT, as well as other departments to deliver high-quality solutions. Creates and maintains technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.

Requirements Required Education, Training and Experience: - Graduation from a four-year college or university with major in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field;
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in developing requirements and design specifications for business systems application designs;
- Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements: - Preferred certifications include CSM, PSM, CAPM, KMP, DASM, CSDP, MCSD, AWS Certified developer, OCP, OCA, Microsoft Certified DBA.
