Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Associate Consultant to join our team. As a Recruiting Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to both the recruiting team and the clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and find the right candidates for their open positions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job requirements from clients to Identify clients needs according to discussions with clients
• Assist with job requisitions/job description development
• Obtain a thorough understanding of job requisitions (i.e. KSAs, competitiveness, etc.) and conduct research when necessary
• Implement sourcing strategies and identify potential candidates or Search for talents on websites (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.)
• Communicate with candidates and understand candidates skills and interests
• Support Consultants to conduct labor market research and analyze the current talent pool
• Conduct research and estimate compensation ranges for different levels of positions
• Design talent mapping strategies
• Match candidates with suitable positions and draft referral reports
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinate interviews in different time zones
• Collaborate with clients recruiting teams to continually improve processes and experience

Requirements

• Degree/ ongoing Bachelor/Master's degree - any
• Interest in learning about the recruiting and technology industry
• Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
• Have a passion or interest in communicating with others
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Have a high level of comfort and confidence in engineers, managers, executives
• Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize your work
• Have a fun personality (come on now, we like to see personality)
