Gather samples from the production lines and perform required testing on them.
Perform incoming inspection and testing on Raw materials.
Check and release the first piece of production.
Data entry of test results and calculations.
Prepare and coordinate corrective actions
Sort and Inspect quarantined product
Conduct Audits
Perform and coordinate calibration and record keeping
Document Control
Be involved with workshops and discussions with customers.
Travel to customer facility for meetings/ sort and inspect parts when needed.
Be crosstrained in PEX QA functions and PEX lab
Important Individual Tasks:
Must be dependable and available for call-out and overtime work.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to accurately record/ transcribe data.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
Must be able to visually inspect product for presence of defect.
Must be organized to start tests on time, monitor in-progress testing, and stop tests on time.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate.
Auditing experience is helpful
Laboratory and/or root cause analysis experience is helpful.
Must be proficient with Micorsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $30,000-$42,000 A candidates final salary offer will be based on his or her skills, education, experience and geographic location. You will be paid time and half for anything over 40 hours.
