a. Supports the Joint Program Office (JPO) Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Director of Logistics as the Modification Work Order (MWO) Coordinator. Assists in the development, planning, programming, preparation, and execution of modifications in accordance with all procedures as set forth in AR 750-10 Army Modification Program regulation. Ensures that application of modifications is properly recorded in the Modification Management Information System (MMIS).
b. Performs monitoring of the status of all TACOM Safety Messages in Modification Management Information System (MMIS) and provides daily reports to JPO JLTV Director of Logistics on the status of all High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), and Ground Mobility Vehicle (GMV) records in the system. Coordinates with units on overdue records in the system and assists if/as required with closing records to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
c. Performs reviews of JLTV unit property book reports, pulled from Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A), to identify duplicate/incorrect serial numbers (SNs) and/or incorrect model/National Stock Number (NSN). Coordinates with units and the Logistics Data Analytics Center (LDAC) MMIS coordinator to verify correct SNs/NSNs, and update unit property books, JPO JLTV internal records, and all records in MMIS to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all assets.
d. Performs property visibility functions as a back-up Joint Program Office (JPO) Joint Light Tactical Vehicle Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) coordinator. Assists with identification, tracking and location of all JPO JLTV owned assets to ensure that they are properly accounted for in DPAS IAW applicable regulations.
e. Assists the JPO JLTV Fleet Manger with ensuring accuracy and updating vehicle and trailer records in the Total Enterprise Asset Management System (TEAMS) database. Reviews JLTV Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) completion reports for accuracy and uploads applicable TSB completion records into the database. Identifies issues/enhancements to the TEAMS database and submits for approval. Assists the TEAMS Information Technology (IT) System Developer with testing bug fixes and new functionality on the developers test and development servers to ensure software is working properly and in compliance with all requirements and recommend formal release on the TEAMS production server.
f. Coordinates and assists JPO JLTV USMC representatives with tracking JLTVs, Technical Service Bulletin (TSB), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Modification Instructions (MI) on USMC assets, and updates applicable records in the TEAMS database.
g. Provides MWO status input and metrics to JLTV Program Management Integrated Product Team (PM IPT) and Program Management Review (PMR) slides that are briefed to JPO JLTV senior leadership.
h. Assists the Assistant Product Managers (APMs) Joint Program Office (JPO), Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Vehicle Systems (VS) with development and verification of future Modification Work Order (MWO) requirements for Work Directive contract updates.
Requirements
(1) MQ 1 - Experience in writing more than one ACAT ID milestone documents through the approval process to ensure DoD 5000 series and USC Title 10 compliance.
(2) MQ 2 - Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehousing, and supply management.
3) MQ 3 - A minimum of 5 years of specialized in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations.
(4) MQ 4 - Experience with Modification Work Orders (MWO).
(5) MQ 5 - Experience with Modification Management Information System
(MMIS).
(6) MQ 6 - Experience with Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS)
(7) MQ 7 - Experience with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
(8) MQ 8 - Experience understanding Technical Service Bulletins (TSB),
Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and Modification Instructions (MI).
