Daycare Administrative Assistant Location: US-MO-St. Louis Email this job to a friend

Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive directors calendar
- Maintain schedule and general contact with donors
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Professionally interface with visitors, clients, volunteers, donors, and public
- Professionally answer incoming calls, take messages and refer calls to appropriate staff
- File materials in appropriate locations
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Accurately enter data and maintain client and staff files, ensuring confidentiality
- Maintain timely communication with staff, clients, and community
- Plan and execute special projects as assigned by leadership team
Requirements Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong clerical and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience a must, including managing Excel spreadsheets and using online calendar tools. G-Suite experience preferred
- Must be outgoing, friendly and a team player
Ability to provide or obtain: - a recent physical examination - Hep A Vaccination - Covid-19 Vaccination - a recent TB Test - Must pass an FBI Fingerprint Background Check Preferences:
- 2-5 years office experience
