Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager with Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Blue Collar Hiring and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be located in California, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, or nearby states.

  • (Remote opportunity for OOS candidate but will require onsite support of client)


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute account management plans, including identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling services
  • Work with the recruitment team to develop customized recruitment strategies for each account
  • Ensure that all client needs are being met and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet company goals and objectives
  • Onsite support to clients required
  • Manage end-to-end, full life-cycle executive recruitment for clients
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients to understand hiring needs; foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise and strong business acumen
  • Partner closely with clients to design and provide tailored service, build and execute a recruitment strategy
  • Integrate the use of competitive intelligence, analytics and metrics in recruiting, sourcing, marketing etc to make data-informed decisions
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, external candidates
  • Own executive recruitment reporting and ensure accurate tracking of hiring funnels and data
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members and interns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services
  • Experience in the manufacturing warehouse or blue collar hiring industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services and the manufacturing warehouse or blue collar hiring industry
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Preference not required)
