Apex Systems, LLC is immediately seeking a Program Manager/Delivery Manager knowledgeable in Salesforce to manage a critical Digital Experience Platform enhancement and consolidation for a Higher Education Company.
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 8-month contract
Job Requirements:
Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments
Drive the Salesforce program forward and to completion within budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
Oversee the Improvement of Salesforce Experience Cloud
Lead 2 additional components of the Program which includes consolidation of Salesforce and redesigning Salesforce Experience
Regularly interact with executive levels on matters concerning several divisions or functional areas and communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders
Required Skills / Proven Experience:
5-10+ years of end-to end Program Delivery experience estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
In-Depth experience managing Salesforce programs in B2C web and mobile portals within mid to large companies including consolidations, improving/enhancing Experience Cloud, and redesigns.
Experience working in the Higher Education or Educational Technology (EdTech) industry
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required
PMO certifications are a plus
Salesforce certifications are a plus
